  • Precepts and mentors junior staff effectively, utilizing expertise in training and teaching methods.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, developing rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
  • Utilizes practical knowledge of laboratory procedures, collecting various samples with precision.
  • Provides routine, urgent, and emergency care with professionalism and composure.
  • Triage and provides medical advice to patients within scope of practice.
  • Conducts vital sign checks, performs electrocardiograms (EKGs), collects blood and urine samples.
  • Manages mail and laboratory reports efficiently, maintaining organized workflows.
  • Ensures clinics are maintained in a manner conducive to quality care delivery.
  • Coordinates sterilization equipment and 'clean' and 'dirty' utility rooms effectively.
  • Completes mandatory compliance education, adhering to Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or regulatory requirements.
