We seek an accomplished nursing professional to assume a leadership role in driving quality care initiatives and mentoring teams.
About the Role:This pivotal position plays a critical part in our quest for delivering high-quality patient care. As Chief Nursing Officer Lead, you will report directly to the Director of Nursing & Midwifery and be responsible for implementing strategies to improve care outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor nursing and midwifery teams to ensure safe and high-quality care delivery.
- Promote quality and practice improvement programs.
- Provide expert clinical advice across various wards, units, and departments.
- Foster an environment that encourages research, innovation, and continuous learning within nursing and midwifery teams.
To succeed in this challenging role, you must possess:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior clinical or leadership position.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered, and safe care.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
