Fraud Analysis Professional

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Fraud Analysis Professional to lead the collection and analysis of claims and industry data to identify and deter fraudulent activity. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing strategic intelligence products providing business insight into trends across fraud systems and investigation outcomes.

This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to share information, insights, and build a robust fraud prevention network. Key responsibilities include delivering intelligence-rich information to support decision-making across investigation teams, identifying risks and opportunities for existing fraud control measures, and supporting the translation of insight into tactical projects and detection design.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in intelligence, data analytics, or justice studies, and proven experience in conducting research utilizing Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Additionally, they should have strong experience in using SAS, PowerBI, and/or other analytics and visualization tools.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in intelligence, data analytics, or justice studies.
  • Proven data intelligence and statistical analytical experience, including analysis of large data sets with previous fraud investigation, research, and analysis experience.
  • Demonstrable skills converting data analysis into sound business recommendations, clearly identifying and articulating risks and opportunities to the business.
  • Strong experience in conducting research utilizing Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using SAS, PowerBI, and/or other analytics and visualization tools.
