We seek an experienced Microsoft Director to lead our technology practice, driving impactful client outcomes through innovative leadership and deep expertise in Microsoft technologies. As a visionary leader, you will shape and expand our Microsoft practice, delivering excellence across multiple sectors.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your extensive knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, particularly Dynamics365 CE and Power Platform, to develop and implement robust client solutions.
- Partner with Microsoft and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) organisations to achieve successful client outcomes.
- Lead the sales and delivery of Microsoft solutions in the mid-market, focusing on sectors such as local government, health and human services, and corporate enterprises.
- Manage practise operations in a professional services environment, overseeing budgets, WIP (Work in Progress), and debtor management.
- Grow and manage both onshore and offshore teams, fostering a culture of innovation, high performance, and well-being.
- Drive the development and execution of strategies to expand the company's Microsoft practice.

About You
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the Microsoft technology stack, with a focus on Dynamics365 CE and Power Platform.
- Proven track record of partnering with Microsoft and ISV organisations to deliver successful client projects.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in the sales and delivery of Microsoft solutions within the mid-market, including sectors such as local government, health and human services, and corporate enterprises.
- Strong understanding of practice management within a professional services environment, including expertise in budget management, WIP, and debtor management.
- Ability to grow, manage, and cultivate an innovative, high-performing, and well-balanced onshore and offshore team.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
