Conference and Events Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Conference and Events Manager to join our team on a fixed-term 10-month contract. As part of our luxury hospitality brand, you will be responsible for leading the Event Planning and Weddings teams, as well as coordinating operational plans to meet hotel sales targets.

  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver flawless, world-class experiences.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through innovative event solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review client feedback and continually assess product offerings to elevate the guest experience.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive event sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure successful event execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing conferences, events, or weddings in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills.
