The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in high volume cafes, with expertise in specialty coffee and various brewing methods, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor. They will also be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and possess flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
