Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our testing efforts, ensuring exceptional user experiences through efficient testing practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, and have hands-on experience with various tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy, prioritizing quality above all else.
  • Drive continuous improvement across testing processes and tools, fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Mentor and guide engineers and QA contributors, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver consistent quality.
  • Architect and maintain scalable, test automation frameworks across mobile, web, and backend services, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Introduce AI-powered testing capabilities to improve speed, accuracy, and relevance, staying ahead of the curve in this rapidly evolving field.


Requirements
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and a relentless drive to give every user the best possible experience.
  • A few years of experience leading test automation initiatives, with a strong focus on strategy, implementation, and team mentoring.
  • Proven leadership in driving a QA strategy and influencing cross-functional teams, with a track record of success.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jest, Browserstack, React Testing Library, Appium, Mocha, Cucumber, and Playwright, with a deep understanding of their strengths and limitations.
  • Strong ability to work across distributed teams, communicating effectively and fostering collaboration.
