Job Title: Onsite Auction Coordinator

This position offers a unique opportunity to work independently in our onsite industrial team, coordinating stock and deliveries for customer sites across Australia.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate stock movements and ensure timely delivery of assets to customer sites.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and buyers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Conduct thorough checks of catalogued items to guarantee accurate advertising.
  • Frequent travel to customer sites is required, allowing for on-site coordination and face-to-face interaction.
  • Liaise with site managers and external stakeholders to achieve seamless operations.

About You:

  • A genuine interest in general goods, trucks and machinery is essential.
  • Previous experience in sales or valuations will be highly valued.
  • Holding a valid driver's license and fork lift certification is necessary for this role.
  • Able to travel to customer sites as required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for success in this position.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are also essential for building effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
