Join Our Resources & Energy Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Associate to join our Resources & Energy team at Platinum Pacific Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing in-depth research and analysis to support our equity research efforts.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-8 years of experience in a research or industry role. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, valuation databases, and providing research support to our analysts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and valuation databases for stocks under primary coverage
  • Provide research support to our analysts, including data analysis and financial modeling
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our research team to develop and maintain our research coverage across the Resources sector
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in business, commerce, or a related field
  • 3-8 years of experience in a research or industry role
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
