We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional to join our team as an After Hours Campus Manager.
About the RoleThis is a permanent part-time opportunity, working approximately 32-64 hours per fortnight, based at our St Vincent's Private Hospital Lismore campus.
Key Responsibilities- To provide safe, efficient and effective clinical and operational management of the campus after business hours.
- Collaborate with senior management to plan, organise, implement and evaluate patient services, while coordinating day-to-day bed management and patient flow.
- A current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA Essential.
- Flexible and available to work after-hours shifts, including evening, night and weekend shifts.
- Demonstrated effective clinical leadership and management skills.
- Current Advanced Life Support certification.
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
