Job Title: After Hours Campus Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional to join our team as an After Hours Campus Manager.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time opportunity, working approximately 32-64 hours per fortnight, based at our St Vincent's Private Hospital Lismore campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide safe, efficient and effective clinical and operational management of the campus after business hours.
  • Collaborate with senior management to plan, organise, implement and evaluate patient services, while coordinating day-to-day bed management and patient flow.
Requirements
  • A current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA Essential.
  • Flexible and available to work after-hours shifts, including evening, night and weekend shifts.
  • Demonstrated effective clinical leadership and management skills.
  • Current Advanced Life Support certification.
  • Minimum 5 years clinical experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
