As a key member of the Financial Services/Regulatory team, you'll thrive on representing Blue-Chip clients in complex financial regulatory matters.

  • Advise on AML/CTF Act, National Consumer Credit Protection Act, Banking Act, Banking Code of Practice, ePayments Code, and ASIC Act;
  • Provide subject matter expertise to litigation and corporate/M&A teams in contentious regulatory/enforcement matters and financial services transactions.

You'll have the opportunity to work cross-sectionally with other non-financial regulatory teams nationally and internationally.
