Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in building a pipeline of prospects across a variety of industries.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound prospecting to qualify new business leads and help source new business opportunities.
- Partner with senior sales team members to schedule meetings with new prospects, set up meetings with existing strategic accounts to identify growth and cross-selling opportunities, and manage client feedback calls.
- Meet designated prospecting and meeting targets through cold calling and other lead generation efforts.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and client presentations.
- Develop a working knowledge of the primary research methods, the competitor landscape, and the institutional investment industry investment process and investment strategies.
- Recognised Bachelor's degree.
- Broad base knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to relationship management.
- Excellent communicator capable of handling high-profile clients across different industry sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere that is both fast-paced as well as results-oriented.
- Desire to work in a sales / lead generation role that is KPI and metrics-driven.
