As a ServiceNow Elite partner, we seek an experienced ServiceNow technical specialist to join our team in Parramatta, NSW. This 6-month contract, with potential extension, offers a competitive daily rate of $700-$850, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role involves contributing to the analysis and delivery of business process initiatives, facilitating workshops, creating process maps, and developing functional specifications. You will also coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide input into operational change management initiatives and training.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the analysis and delivery of business process initiatives
  • Organise and facilitate workshops with the business/customers
  • Create process maps and identify areas for potential improvement
  • Develop functional specifications and document desired outcomes of system enhancements/development
  • Produce technical specifications to communicate user requirements in technical terms to stakeholders
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure overall efficiency, functionality, and user friendliness of system enhancements
  • Provide input directly into operational change management initiatives and training
  • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of products through the ability to accurately explain core system functionality, module capability, and configuration options
  • Deliver training sessions, develop training materials, and ensure effective knowledge transfer to users
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working as a ServiceNow business analyst in medium to large environments
  • Extensive experience across ServiceNow platform and modules such as ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, GRC
  • Outstanding ability to analyse, isolate, and interpret business needs and develop appropriate artefacts/outputs
  • Proven ability to adapt and work under pressure in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and firm deadlines
  • Industry certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) and ITIL Foundation certificate
  • Outstanding level of written and oral communications skills, with a confident, personable, and professional manner
  • Previous experience in developing training materials and conducting interactive training sessions highly regarded
