About Our Tree Management Position:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative officer to join our team. As a key member of our tree management team, you will be responsible for coordinating tree-related service requests from the community.

You will provide high-level administrative support to our Tree Management Program Officer and contribute to the success of our Tree Canopy Strategy. This is a full-time permanent position that offers opportunities for professional development and flexible working arrangements.

  • The ability to absorb and apply new information quickly to deliver responsive customer service.
  • Contributing to team success by sharing information and involving others in decision making.
  • The ability to engage across departments to support the planning, reporting, and budgeting of projects related to tree management.
  • Support the coordination of customer requests and issue to appropriate contractors and internal crews during extreme weather events.
  • Great organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with diverse customers.
  • The ability to manage own time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
