Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving internal enhancements for the ServiceNow platform, working with government entities to lead integrations with their ServiceNow platform, and performing operational and project activities within Cenitex ITIL-based service management guidelines and security policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive internal enhancements for the ServiceNow platform
  • Work with various government entities to lead integrations with their ServiceNow Platform
  • Analyse and prepare technical reports, business proposals and technical dashboards
  • Advise senior stakeholders on technical standards, solutions and initiatives
  • Perform operational and project activities within Cenitex ITIL-based service management guidelines and security policies and standards

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge and experience in the ServiceNow suite of products
  • ITSM Module Process development for Incident, Change, Problem and Knowledge management and Agile development methodology
  • Experience with the integration of ServiceNow with other ITSM tools via WebAPI/Integration Hub
  • A strong customer focus, can-do attitude and be a proven team-player
  • Any ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS) highly desirable
