We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has significant experience in engineering design and wants to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, providing structural engineering expertise and ensuring the highest standards of quality. They will have strong communication skills and be able to mentor developing engineers within the group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide structural engineering expertise on various projects
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions
  • Mentor developing engineers within the group
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Chartered member (CPEng) of Institute of Engineers Australia
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)
  • Ideal 10+ years demonstrated experience in structural engineering
  • Strong understanding of Australian design codes and standards
  • Demonstrated experience at a senior level of project design and commercial outcomes for projects
  • Experience in writing tenders and proposals, leading projects and communicating with clients
  • An innovative and out-of-the-box attitude to solutions and designs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
