Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Billing and Collections Team as a Revenue Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing Paramedic Case Cards and processing invoices to a wide range of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Paramedic Case Cards and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Stay up-to-date with changes in policies and procedures
