We are seeking a skilled and organized maintenance professional to join our team. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and repairing equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance.
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to prevent equipment failures and extend equipment lifespan.
- Coordinating with production and quality teams to ensure maintenance efforts align with operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Upholding safety protocols and maintaining accurate maintenance records.
Required Skills and Qualifications">
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a printing or packaging manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance planning.
- Technical diploma or trade certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of autonomy and adaptability.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Commitment to adhering to safety standards.
