Customer Experience Specialist

The role of Customer Experience Specialist is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in people's lives.
This 12-month secondment position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to drive billable hours and maximize customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Maximize billable hours within scope while supporting CHSP customer journeys.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to manage requests, complaints, and escalations.
- Procedure Management: Follow established procedures and manage requests according to documented information in Salesforce or emails.
- Incident Management: Manage incidents, hazards, and complaints in alignment with respective policies and escalate where required.
- Clinical Escalation: Ensure all clinical situations are escalated to the appropriate clinical team in a timely manner.
- Financial Management: Manage invoicing inquiries, direct debit requests, and fee considerations requests.
Requirements:
- A strong customer experience focus gained through working in CHSP or similar previous roles.
- Demonstrated experience in an office/administration role.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong internal relationships, including working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and potential solutions.
- Advanced computer skills, including word processing, excel, power point, and database management.
Salary:
This full-time position comes with a competitive salary package of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
