
Highway Safety Project Manager

As a Program Director, you will lead the development phase of a significant highway safety initiative, overseeing a team of professionals to ensure program activities align with industry best-practice and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing team to develop the highway safety program in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, indigenous communities, and provide expert advice to senior management on all aspects of the program.
- Identify and leverage expertise to deliver program objectives by creating a collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of delivery and technical practices.
- Investigate, manage, and resolve complex engineering and contractual issues associated with the program.
- Lead and manage the delivery of various construction contract options through the procurement and delivery phases.
- Monitor and report on program progress through the preparation and delivery of strategic submissions and reports.
