We are seeking a creative and business-savvy Marketing Executive to join our Melbourne Cluster Marketing Team. With 8 incredible Marriott Bonvoy hotel brands under the cluster remit, this role offers diversity, variety, and plenty of scope to continue to grow your marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote our hotels, restaurants, and bars to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue.
- Manage social media platforms, including developing and implementing organic content plans that achieve business objectives.
- Implement paid digital advertising on various channels, including social media advertising.
- Analyze digital data to optimize marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Work closely with graphic designers and content producers to create compelling content for marketing materials, advertisements, and in-hotel collateral.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
- Craft compelling and persuasive copy for marketing materials, including email marketing campaigns, website content, social media, and advertising.
- Work closely with the Marketing Cluster Team, as well as hotel departments, including Sales, and Operations to align marketing efforts.
- Effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders, agencies, and partners to execute campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, taking meeting notes, and managing digital assets and files.
- Analyze data to optimize marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
