Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement requisitions, purchase orders, and invoicing.

As a key member of our team, you will provide support to other projects and contribute to solutions to complex problems faced by stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for generating standard reporting across the procurement function, undertaking approach to markets for procurements, and collaborating with US and Australia based accounts payable teams.

  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new tools and systems
  • Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
  • Proven experience in identifying issues and providing positive outcomes
