Job Description

Our team is seeking a skilled professional to conduct thorough and accurate building inspections. As an independent inspector, you will have the opportunity to work with comprehensive training and continuous support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NCC and BCA, with ongoing training offered. You will be responsible for delivering top-tier building inspections and genuine assistance to clients.

  • Conduct thorough and accurate building inspections
  • Identify defects and provide detailed reports to clients
  • Work independently with comprehensive training and continuous support
  • Deliver top-tier building inspections and genuine assistance to clients

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to produce detailed and accurate reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • WA Registered Building Practitioner
  • Minimum 10 years of residential/commercial building experience
  • Prior building inspection experience is highly regarded
  • Unrestricted driving license
