The Role

  • Professional appearance and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to produce detailed, accurate reports
  • Self-motivated, physically fit, and reliable
  • Demonstrated integrity and teamwork
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands of a small service-oriented business
  • WA Registered Building Practitioner
  • Minimum 10 years of residential/commercial building experience
  • Prior building inspection experience is highly regarded
  • Unrestricted driving license
