Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service excellence.

  • Install, configure, and commission advanced analytical instrumentation, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to maintain instrument uptime and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices, configurations, and service plans to improve instrument performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex instrument deployments and support customers with application-level expertise.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree or University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology.
  • Proven technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive approach, strong team spirit, and eagerness to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
