About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the technical services operations. As a senior member of our team, you will be accountable for ensuring that our technicians have the necessary skills and knowledge to service vehicles to manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual training to technicians, including onboarding, diagnostics, and advanced systems.
  • Develop and update training content, assessments, and hands-on modules aligned with global standards.
  • Provide in-field support, coaching, and mentoring to technicians, addressing product issues and implementing training interventions.
  • Maintain records, ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in technical training or senior technician roles. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in light commercial vehicle technical training or senior technician roles.
  • Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
