As a seasoned technical leader, you will spearhead large-scale Salesforce implementations from inception to delivery.

You will be responsible for crafting clear and actionable architecture documentation that empowers engineering teams to drive projects forward.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end technical design for complex Salesforce deployments.
  • Developing well-defined solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to scope, validate, and refine project objectives.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, gaps, and inefficiencies through proactive initiative.
  • Representing the project in client conversations, defending technical decisions with confidence.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record of delivering Salesforce solutions as a senior technical architect or lead development capacity.
  • Strong background in backend development and web architecture knowledge.
  • Experience building systems from scratch in greenfield environments.
  • Ability to simplify complex business needs into executable solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across various stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders.
