Aim Therapy offers a dynamic and growing multidisciplinary team environment, providing fun, functional, and family-focused care. Our Behaviour Support Practitioners work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Psychologists in a truly collaborative setting.
Job DescriptionAs a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will provide positive behaviour support services to NDIS participants, their families, and/or carers. You will identify needs through assessment and person-centred planning, developing and delivering evidence-based support plans that reflect individual goals, passions, and strengths.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including mentoring less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners. You will also enjoy access to vibrant therapy rooms, a wide variety of assessment tools and resources, and a focus on client care – our admin team supports you with bookings and invoicing.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. They will be skilled in assessment and planning, with experience in developing and implementing evidence-based support plans.
Our Behaviour Support Practitioners must be able to work autonomously, with strong problem-solving and time management skills. They will also require the ability to maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
