Behavioural Support Specialist

We're committed to delivering best-practice services that drive positive outcomes for our participants. Our team utilises a multidisciplinary approach, incorporating Behavioural Support Practitioners, Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to understand the complexities of behaviour.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting clients with their goals and aspirations through person-centred planning and assessment. You'll also work closely with families and carers to identify meaningful strategies and develop evidence-based support plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop person-centred plans to meet the needs of our clients
- Collaborate with families and carers to identify and implement practical strategies for achieving goals
- Develop and deliver evidence-based support plans in complex support environments
