About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Director to join our team at WPP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the interrogation of client briefs, understanding both business and communications objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of consumer journeys maps across paid, owned, earned and shared media
  • Develop and train team members to ensure they reach their potential
  • Conduct fortnightly 1:1 check-ins, annual Career Conversations and Annual Performance
  • Recommend sufficiency of investments within channel to ensure effective use of channels
  • Understand marketing science and how it influences decision making with media planning

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge and skills within Media Planning with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
  • Requires a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • Relevant qualification in Media or Marketing
