Job Summary:
Lion Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Director to join its Integrated Business Planning Team. This role offers the opportunity to elevate Lion's mid to long-term forecasting capability, informed by consumer, category, and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities:
This strategic business partner will work closely with Sales Directors to develop accurate sales forecasts across all channels and customers. The successful candidate will also lead the development of planning master data, reporting, and technology roadmaps in partnership with the technology team. Additionally, they will facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment within the Demand Review Forum.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated leadership experience, a passion for business planning, expertise in forecasting, and an ability to navigate complex sales environments. They should also have an understanding of key financial indicators, decisive commercial thinking, and confident communication skills. Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is essential.
