About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Professional to manage a diverse portfolio of disputes, including commercial, building and construction, employment, civil litigation, and debt recovery.

Duties

  1. Appear in all major courts and tribunals, representing clients in various dispute resolution processes.
  2. Advise on compliance matters, including regulatory inquiries and investigations.
  3. Lead and participate in mediations and dispute resolution processes, providing expert negotiation skills.
  4. Manage your own files with autonomy, taking ownership of complex cases.
  5. Engage directly with clients across a range of matters, delivering exceptional client service.
  6. Collaborate closely with senior colleagues, benefiting from hands-on mentoring and strong team support.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

2+ years' experience in dispute resolution, preferably in a law firm or similar setting.Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with a commercial mindset and ability to think creatively.Solid academic background and clear, confident communication skills.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Sharp attention to detail and drive to grow and succeed in a dynamic legal practice.
