About the position:

Based in Fortitude Valley and reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Engineer will assist with the coordination and management of technical matters, planning, resource allocation, surveying, procurement, and quality assurance for a designated area. Additionally, the Site Engineer will:

Be office-based initially for programming, procurement, and project planning Aid in maintaining the project's schedule/program Assist with the strategic use of materials, resources, and systems Undertake, monitor, and report project tasks to ensure profitability and effective cost management Provide daily support and technical insights to meet contract obligations and tender specifications while ensuring that processes are in place to identify, control, mitigate, and report significant risks and opportunities Ensure that operations comply with the project's environmental standards

What you bring:

In addition to possessing relevant tertiary qualifications, you will ideally have 1-3 years of experience in a construction or engineering setting To thrive in our collaborative environment, you should be a confident communicator in managing contracts, working with diverse teams/contractors, and be driven in your approach to delivering high-quality project components/tasks on time, within budget, safely, and to elevated standards.
