Role Overview:
Based in Fortitude Valley and reporting to the Project Manager, the Construction Site Engineer will aid in the coordination and management of technical challenges, planning, resource allocation, surveying, procurement, and quality assurance for a designated area. Additionally, the Construction Site Engineer will:
Initially work from the office for programming, procurement, and project planning Assist in maintaining the project's schedule and program Support the planned utilization of materials, resources, and systems Undertake, monitor, and report on project tasks to ensure profitability and effective cost management Provide daily assistance and technical input to meet contract obligations and tender specifications while ensuring processes are in place to identify, control, mitigate, and report significant risks and opportunities Ensure compliance with the project's environmental standardsRequired Skills:
In addition to possessing relevant tertiary qualifications, you should ideally have 1-3 years of experience in a construction or engineering setting To excel in our team environment, you should be a confident communicator in managing contracts, collaborating with diverse teams and contractors, and be driven in your approach to delivering high-quality project components on time, within budget, safely, and to elevated standards.Our Offer:
