At CIEL Spa we fuse scientific innovation with restorative traditional therapies. Choose from a curated suite of personalised therapies designed to enhance vitality, accelerate recovery and support deep regenerative cellular function.

A luxurious coastal biowellness sanctuary dedicated to improving performance of physiological and mental health through powerful results-based therapies curated with a collection of traditional remedies, cosmetic enhancements, touchless therapy and reconnection rituals to harmonise the body's energy, enhance vitality, improve quality of rest and longevity.

We are looking for beauty, spa and massage therapists passionate about performing calming rejuvenating guest experiences driven to grow within the wellness industry. Those with a keen eye for detail, inspired to learn from industry leaders and offer clinical education and solutions to enthusiastic spa clients.

THE ROLE

  • Provide traditional therapies within the beauty, massage and wellness industry, including massage, facials, headspa, body treatments and therapeutic services
  • Conduct thorough consultations to analyse client concerns and create curated treatment plans incorporating regular treatments and home care.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to conduct a high-end guest journey from reception, guest welcome, treatment offerings, and guest checkout.
  • Work within a team of like-minded individuals to deliver exceptional service and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
  • Collaborate and join educational sessions to improve industry knowledge and quality of service through goal setting and personal development training.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa, hotel, or resort environment with expertise in delivering a range of treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of guest service.
  • Previous experience working with a spa booking system (e.g., Book4Time) is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Must have valid Australian Working Rights.
