Brew Master

Are you passionate about hops, barley, and creating unforgettable brews? We are seeking a talented and experienced Brew Master to lead our brewing operations and help us craft exceptional beers that tell a story in every sip. Based at a Bondi site with rotating rostered shifts consisting of days, afternoons and night shifts.

Key responsibilities include

• Oversee all aspects of beer production from recipe development to packaging.
• Manage brewing schedules, inventory, and quality control.
• Collaborate with the team to innovate new seasonal and specialty brews.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the brewhouse.
• Train and mentor brewing staff.
• Carry out scheduled cleaning throughout the process area
• Ensure compliance to workplace health and safety requirements

About you

You'll be a great fit for the role if you have a passion or interest in brewing, in addition to:

• Proven experience as a Brew Master or Head Brewer.
• Deep knowledge of brewing techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Creativity and a passion for craft beer.

• Formal brewing education or certifications (preferred but not required).

• A positive attitude and desire to learn

• The physical capacity to perform the manual tasks associated with the position, and commitment to safety as a priority in all areas of your work
• The ability to work unsupervised, while being proactive in identifying opportunities to continuously improve the safety, quality and efficiency across your process area and the wider business
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
