Production roles within the water industry often require hands-on individuals with problem-solving skills.

This opportunity allows you to work in a diverse and interesting environment, operating and maintaining water resource recovery assets.

No two days are the same in this dynamic role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operate plants in all conditions, adhering to Water Resource Recovery and health and safety protocols.
  • Maintain daily plant performance monitoring and adjust process control parameters as necessary.
  • Prioritize maintenance and renewals to inform weekly scheduling and long-term planning.
  • Conduct on-site process and asset checks using available systems and procedures.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Trade qualifications (electrician/instrumentation specialist or mechanical) or equivalent experience in engineering/science.
  • A current driver's license and vehicle for traveling across locations within your hub.
  • Previous experience in production or manufacturing within the Water/Wastewater industry is highly advantageous.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn customized software packages.
