**Our Opportunity**

Due to high demand, we currently have numerous opportunities available for experienced service technicians to join our team. The workshop is based in Narellan NSW, but allows for travel across Sydney and across Australia. This autonomous role is essentially responsible for providing prompt, and effective resolution to equipment breakdowns.

A typical day will have you out in the field, assisting our valued customers across Australia. Calibrations, preventative maintenance, repairs on roller brake testers, equipment breakdowns, and upgrades will be the norm, all whilst managing key customer stakeholders. Key responsibilities also include;
- Conduct calibration of brake testers, equipment upgrades
- Assist with equipment breakdowns & troubleshooting
- Commissioning and training of new installations
- Preventative maintenance
- Clearly communicate to customers the problem found and the solution required
- Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as company policies

**The Right Person**

To be considered for this unique opportunity, you require:

- Relevant Trade Qualification. This can be a Certificate III in either Hydraulic, Electrical, Mechanical or Mobile Plant Equipment background/s.
- Prior experience in a similar Service Technician role is advantageous however not necessary.
- Effective communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Have a love for the road.
- Hold a current Australian driver’s license.
- Team player, a high sense of responsibility and problem-solving.
