Road Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Road Maintenance Technician to join our Gravel Roads Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining over 250km of Ipswich's unsealed road network.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating plant and equipment such as graders, loaders, and rollers to ensure optimal road conditions.
- Assisting with maintenance of roads and drainage infrastructure, including undertaking detailed inspections and repairs.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
You will work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and contribute to the delivery of exceptional services to our community.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current HR Licence;
- A Construction Induction Card (White Card);
- The ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively;
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
A pre-employment medical will be required for this role, including drug and alcohol testing.
