Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Program Support Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting events and programs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative workflows associated with the Event Host Program, including database management, compliance related activities, website content management, program reporting, and issue escalation.
  • Coordinate event and communication activities and support internal and external stakeholders relating to the Queensland Small Business Month program, including event invitations, newsletter updates, database management, and event logistics.
  • Contribute to report preparation, submissions, briefing material, and correspondence in relation to Queensland Small Business Month.
