Job Title: Program Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to provide administrative and operational support to the Research Director and program.

The successful candidate will have a varied and autonomous role, supporting the Research Director with program operations and activities. The role involves routine administrative tasks requiring strong attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and willingness to improve systems & operations.

Duties:

  • Providing practical support to the Research Director on dealing with issues and interactions with key stakeholders and external parties.
  • Ensuring prioritised issues for the Research Director's attention are effectively managed.
  • Managing or contributing to administrative projects or issues as necessary.
  • Assisting in coordinating material needed for reviews, reports, to respond to information requests.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings or other events.
  • Establishing and maintaining electronic document management systems.
  • Developing and maintaining functional networks to facilitate effective Business Unit operations.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational & administrative skills, be able to take initiative, learn and maintain a keen interest in the program's objectives and activities. They will also have excellent communication skills, be proactive and build & maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders.
