Technical Services Manager

This role is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in technical services to drive effective management of our coffee machines and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on providing high-level customer service, with experience working closely with out-of-home sales teams. They will also be analytical, with the ability to build and deliver strategic solutions.

  • About the Role:
  • Manage a team of Service Specialists for machine installations, technical services support, training, spare parts warehousing, and equipment supply and demand planning
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining service excellence
  • Manage third-party technical service supplier relationships, ensuring service level agreements are being met
  • Collaborate with our out-of-home sales team on equipment strategy and portfolio selection
  • Manage equipment and spare parts inventory

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years' experience in a similar position, with a focus on providing high-level customer service
  • Experience working with coffee equipment highly regarded
  • Experience working closely with out-of-home sales teams highly regarded
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to build and deliver strategic solutions
