ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The successful applicant will be a part of our highly successful team. We seek a part-time coffee professional who is genuine with a passion for coffee account management and sales excellence and a high-level work ethic. You'll be working with market leading offerings to help manage and grow our customer base across Sydney and the Illawarra regions.

This role is part time with a view to full-time based on customer growth.

Note – Remuneration based on experience.

Please apply if you have:

  • Strong rapport building skills with the capacity to converse on all levels of business
  • B2B coffee experience essential
  • Strong barista skills essential
  • Ability to build genuine relationships and sell to the needs of any business
  • Cold canvass ability and servicing inbound leads
  • Ability to work and succeed in an autonomous role
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent work ethic and achievement demonstrated by success in previous roles
  • Commitment to continuous development and learning
  • A desire to be a driven winner from pure dedication and passion
  • Current Full drivers licence with no restrictions and own car
  • Current national police check or be able to obtain one.

THE REWARDS

The annual full-time salary is $80,000 plus superannuation and allowances, pro rata for part-time hours, and commensurate with experience.
