**About Us**:
BlackDrum is a leading coffee roaster based in Sydney, committed to providing exceptional coffee products and services. We are seeking a **Coffee Equipment Support Specialist** to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual who possesses strong technical skills in coffee equipment maintenance and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Site Support**: Travel to client locations as needed to repair, maintain, and install coffee equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Education**: Educate customers on the proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of coffee machines to enhance their overall experience and machine longevity.
- **Service Scheduling**: Coordinate service appointments and manage client expectations regarding machine repair or maintenance timelines.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service visits, repairs, and any follow-up actions required.
- **Problem Resolution**: Diagnose technical issues with espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee brewing equipment, providing timely and effective solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including sales and customer service, to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in coffee machine maintenance and troubleshooting, ideally within the coffee or hospitality industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and coffee brewing equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and assist customers over the phone and in person.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
- Ability to manage service requests and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service and support.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to customer locations when needed.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- Coffee Representative: 3 years (required)
