What's Involved?

  • You'll be the face and hands behind our brand, providing an amazing Grill'd experience front of house.
  • You'll prep quality ingredients in the kitchen with love, making sure every burger is perfect.
  • You'll work across multiple stations, from chips to grill, ensuring our customers have an unforgettable dining experience.
  • You'll keep our restaurant sparkling clean, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • You'll work as part of a fast-paced, fun team, collaborating to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • You'll work a range of shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What We Look For:

We welcome previous experience in customer-facing or kitchen environments, but this is a great entry-level role, so we can do the training.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on experience)
