The Role
We're seeking an experienced Learning and Development Expert to join our Customer Experience team until the end of May 2025. As a key member of our group, you'll contribute to delivering our vision: 'delighting our customers now and into the future.' Your mission will be to enhance customer trust and reputation, supporting five critical customer outcomes:

You'll support the learning and development objectives of our team members and strategic training objectives, elevating capability across teams to achieve desired customer outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
- Facilitate training, coaching, and development activities to build skills and knowledge within our teams.
- Analyse skill gaps, recommend, and facilitate training programs, assessing their effectiveness.
- Contribute to designing engaging training programs, incorporating facilitator guides, workbooks, and visual aids.
- Provide induction training for new starters in our Customer Experience team.
- Design and implement skill enhancement programs to upskill our team members.
- Identify trends and insights from quality assessment analysis, delivering targeted training where needed.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is preferred but not essential.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently convey information.
- A passion for building capability and drawing out the best in our team members.
- Ability to plan, design, and curate effective and engaging training materials.
- Prior experience delivering training to customer service, administrative, and technical teams.
- Strong organisational skills, enabling seamless facilitation of various training groups.
- Confidence in delivering constructive feedback to trainees and colleagues.
What We Offer
This role offers a salary range of $101,563 - $114,918 + super, commensurate with your experience. You'll have opportunities to develop your career, grow professionally, and make a meaningful impact on our community's well-being.
