Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-organisational marketing and communication strategies to support customer and stakeholder engagement programs, projects, events, and resources.
  • Lead the development and delivery of our Internal Communications plan to engage staff with our strategic direction, culture, and initiatives.
  • Coach, mentor, and guide the Marketing and Business Communications team to deliver strategic objectives and ensure integration across the wider Communications and Engagement team.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing programs that achieve set targets and results with identified stakeholders.
  • Manage and deliver our Partnership and Events program, including the Love Water Grants program, and identify and evaluate corporate sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related discipline with demonstrated experience.
  • Proven relationship management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • People leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing strategic marketing and communications that reach target audiences and achieve objectives.
  • Experience engaging with external agencies and building and maintaining stakeholder networks within the wider community.
  • Event management, planning, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including budget, risk management, and reporting.
