About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Ipswich Real Estate team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of branch operations, leading the team to achieve growth and exceed earning targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a working environment that supports new sales and leasing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with peers and senior stakeholders to deliver business plans and contribute to achieving state objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing and promotion of Elders services and products to support our clients.
  • Effectively manage the business targets and branch profit and loss in line with the agreed strategy for the branch.
  • Prioritise the safety of your staff and clients, and actively contribute to Elders' zero-harm culture.
  • Coach and mentor staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities, inspiring and motivating your team to maximise their potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients, providing solutions to meet client requirements.

About You

To excel at Elders Rural, you will have:

  • A proven track record in growing and managing a large sales team with a strong understanding of real estate services, including holding applicable real estate licences or being willing to obtain.
  • Experience in managing a larger property management team and working with senior property managers to successfully grow that enterprise through provision of high-quality property management services.
  • The ability to effectively lead, engage, and motivate teams to produce exemplary customer experiences and key business outcomes inline with the agreed business plan.
  • Resourcefulness, forward thinking, and passion for effecting real change for both your clients and your community.
  • A leader who understands our people are our most important asset and operates from a values-based approach in business.
  • The ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients.
  • The ability to source and review sales and property management data to help provide insight into the market for discussion with staff to support sales and growth objectives.
  • Sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen to manage the P&L and ensure effective operational controls are being maintained in the business.
