IT Software Development Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced IT Software Development Scrum Master to lead multiple global scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for removing impediments, coaching the team, resolving conflicts, and supporting the product owners.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Software Development Specialist to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will use your specialized knowledge and skills to solve complex and unique problems, or direct the daily activities of a business, technical support, or functional support team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multiple scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Organize the product owners and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Coordinate to remediate impediments and coach the scrum team on resolving blocks
- Mediate conflicts and issues that occur between the cross-functional teams
- Train others in scrum team to achieve higher levels of scrum/agile maturity
- Support the product owners and provide education where needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Scrum Master Certification
- Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
- Ability to adapt to work with and lead multiple teams in different time zones
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to remain focused in the middle of distraction
- The ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner (verbal and written) across functional and technical departments
- Possess the capacity to work on multiple tasks at any one time, handling conflicting demands, prioritize workload, and effectively delegate while maintaining high quality standards
- Expertise in rapidly comprehending the functions and capabilities of new technologies
