Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and coach teams on agile practices to grow agile maturity and empower them to deliver value to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with business and customer groups, and within the teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Remove impediments and blockers, and coach teams to resolve them, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Develop, monitor, and communicate team reporting and metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Assist in the development, planning, and delivery of a portfolio of work for teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years' experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, or Iteration Manager.
  • Excellent understanding of different Agile approaches, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • A deep technical background and understanding of software development and SDLC.
  • High-level communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Awareness and experience with Agile techniques, including User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.
